The instructions below are for mini muffins but feel free to make other sizes!

1) Preheat oven to 350 F
2) Grease mini muffin tin with coconut oil, butter, ghee or bacon fat (not vegetable oil or olive oil) OR use muffin liners (Unwrapp’d will stick unless they’re parchment paper liners)
3) Fill each muffin cup with 1.5 to 2 Tbsp Unwrapp’d and press down
4) Bake 11-13 min (longer for Banana Nut Muffine & Vanilla Almond Pecan or if you added oats to your dough)
5) Let cool in muffin tin.  Use knife to loosen Unwrapp’d muffins from muffin tin.
