Unwrapp’d Energy Bites Expand into Chicago Market
PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 2/25/2020
Hey, Chicago, what do you say
let’s go get some Unwrapp’d today.
Unwrapp’d Energy & Protein Bites Now Available at Pete’s Fresh Markets in Chicago
After picking their jaws up off the floor, the Co-Founders at Unwrapp’d Energy Bites knew they found the perfect Chicago grocery chain to introduce their product to. “It’s insane. I’m constantly visiting grocery stores around the country but I’ve never seen this much fresh food at one. I think we spent about an hour just walking through the produce section oohing and awing” says Co-Founder, Tom Miner.
Pete’s Fresh Markets are known for fresh food, great prices, and loyal shoppers. By adding Unwrapp’d Energy and Protein Bites to the western suburb stores, the grocery chain once again signifies its commitment to rapid innovation as well.
“We have so much in common with Pete’s core values” says Miner. “They started as a fruit and veggie stand in the 1970’s, we started as a little farmer’s market stand. They commit to fresh food, we make the freshest snack in America. It’s a perfect match.”
Now that Unwrapp’d is available in Chicagoland distribution, you’ll start seeing the soft and chewy bites at athletic events, races, and…more stores. The Denver-based company’s spring and summer event schedule prominently features The Windy City.
And with baseball season just around the corner, will you see some energy bite-induced home runs this spring and summer? Made with 100% whole food ingredients and plant-based protein sources, athletes have been raving about the cleaner alternative to highly processed protein bars and energy gels.
