Hello! My name is Ellen Davis and I truly believe that (real) food can change your life. As a sports dietitian I collaborate with athletes, coaches, and passionate fitness experts on a daily basis with goals of improving performance, recovery, and injury prevention with the use of food as fuel. As a former athlete myself, I made a lot of mistakes when it came to ‘fueling’ and had a pretty distorted vision of what food could/should do for the human body. After years of trial and error I’ve found that less is more and simplicity is best when it comes to providing the best fuel for the most memorable life experiences. I’m passionate about real food and sharing it with those around me! As a dietitian, coach, wife, mom, and friend nothing brings me greater joy than seeing those around me live a fulfilled and joyful life and I believe that all starts with great food!
